Slow Cooker Cheesy Beef & Macaroni

📝 Ingredients

Ingredient Amount
Ground beef 1 lb
Onion, chopped 1
Garlic, minced 2 cloves
Diced tomatoes, undrained 14.5 oz
Condensed tomato soup 10.75 oz
Cheddar cheese, shredded 2 cups (divided)
Elbow macaroni, uncooked 2 cups
Dried oregano 1 tsp
Dried basil 1 tsp
Salt & pepper To taste

🍲 Instructions

  1. Brown the Beef In a skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef, onion, and garlic until beef is browned and onion is tender. Drain excess fat.
  2. Load the Slow Cooker Transfer beef mixture to the slow cooker.
  3. Mix It Up Stir in diced tomatoes, tomato soup, 1 cup cheddar, macaroni, oregano, basil, salt, and pepper.
  4. Cook Low & Slow Cover and cook on LOW 4–5 hours, until macaroni is tender.
  5. Add More Cheese Sprinkle remaining 1 cup cheddar over the top. Cover and cook an additional 15–20 minutes, until cheese is melted and bubbly.
  6. Serve Hot Scoop into bowls and enjoy the cheesy goodness.
