📝 Ingredients
| Ingredient | Amount |

| Ground beef | 1 lb |
| Onion, chopped | 1 |
| Garlic, minced | 2 cloves |
| Diced tomatoes, undrained | 14.5 oz |
| Condensed tomato soup | 10.75 oz |
| Cheddar cheese, shredded | 2 cups (divided) |
| Elbow macaroni, uncooked | 2 cups |
| Dried oregano | 1 tsp |
| Dried basil | 1 tsp |
| Salt & pepper | To taste |
🍲 Instructions
- Brown the Beef In a skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef, onion, and garlic until beef is browned and onion is tender. Drain excess fat.
- Load the Slow Cooker Transfer beef mixture to the slow cooker.
- Mix It Up Stir in diced tomatoes, tomato soup, 1 cup cheddar, macaroni, oregano, basil, salt, and pepper.
- Cook Low & Slow Cover and cook on LOW 4–5 hours, until macaroni is tender.
- Add More Cheese Sprinkle remaining 1 cup cheddar over the top. Cover and cook an additional 15–20 minutes, until cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Serve Hot Scoop into bowls and enjoy the cheesy goodness.
