If you’re the type who never skips a dirty martini (or even if you’ve never ordered one), this potato salad is about to surprise you. It takes the briny, bold flavors of the classic cocktail — olives, salty tang, and that cheeky splash of vodka — and transforms them into a creamy, crave-worthy salad. It’s unexpected, a little retro, and guaranteed to spark conversation at the table. Forget the standard picnic potato salad; this is the one people will ask about after the very first bite. And yes, it really does taste that good.
