| 15 oz red kidney beans, drained & rinsed | |
| 15 oz butter beans, drained & rinsed | |

Instructions
1. Preheat Oven
- Set oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. Cook Bacon
- In a heavy skillet, cook bacon until crisp.
- Set aside to cool, then crumble.
- Drain half the grease.
3. Sauté Vegetables
- Add onion and bell pepper to the skillet.
- Sauté until softened.
- Stir in garlic and cook gently for about 30 minutes.
4. Mix the Beans
- In a large bowl, combine sautéed vegetables, seasonings, sauce ingredients, and all four types of beans.
- Stir in half the crumbled bacon.
5. Bake
- Transfer mixture to a baking dish.
- Cover with foil and bake for 1 hour.
6. Finish
- Remove foil, sprinkle remaining bacon on top.
- Bake uncovered for 10 minutes more until bubbly and golden.
