Ham Bombs

These cheesy ham bombs are the kind of snack my older brother practically lived on during college—quick, filling, and pure comfort. With just deli ham, cheddar, and cream cheese, they come together in minutes. Rolled up, tucked into a baking dish, and baked until the ham edges turn golden and the cheese bubbles, they’re the perfect warm bite for busy days, late‑night study sessions, or anytime you want something satisfying without a pile of dirty pans.

Serve them hot straight from the dish with a crisp salad, cucumbers, or cherry tomatoes for freshness. A side of ranch or spicy mustard makes a great dip if you don’t mind adding a fourth ingredient. For heartier appetites, pair with tomato soup or sautéed veggies. They reheat beautifully, so you can make a batch on Sunday and enjoy quick snacks or easy lunches all week.
