Golden Ham & Cheese Croissants

Ingredients

Ingredient Amount Notes
Croissants 6 Sliced in half
Deli ham 6 slices Thinly sliced
Swiss or cheddar cheese 6 slices Melty filling
Butter 3 tbsp Melted
Dijon mustard 1 tbsp Flavor
Honey 1 tsp Balance
Garlic powder ½ tsp Seasoning
Poppy seeds ½ tsp Optional
Fresh parsley 1 tbsp Optional garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat Oven
    Heat to 375°F (190°C). Line a tray with parchment.
  2. Prepare Croissants
    Slice in half horizontally. Place bottoms on tray.
  3. Add Filling
    Layer each with ham and cheese. Top with remaining halves.
  4. Make Glaze
    Mix butter, Dijon, honey, garlic powder, and poppy seeds.
  5. Brush & Bake
    Brush croissants generously with glaze. Bake 10–15 minutes until golden and cheese is melted.
  6. Finish & Serve
    Sprinkle parsley if desired. Serve warm.
