Instructions
- Preheat oven: 375°F (190°C). Line a large baking sheet with parchment.
- Brown the butter: In a light-colored skillet, cook butter over medium heat, stirring constantly, until golden and nutty (5–7 minutes). Remove from heat.
- Make glaze: Whisk honey, Dijon, thyme, garlic powder, and pepper into the browned butter.
- Prepare crescents: Unroll dough and separate into triangles.
- Layer filling: Place a slice of ham on the wide end of each triangle, then top with cheese.
- Roll up: Starting at the wide end, roll tightly toward the point.
- Arrange & glaze: Place rolls on baking sheet, leaving space between. Brush generously with glaze.
- Bake: 12–15 minutes, until deeply golden brown.
