Some desserts don’t just satisfy a sweet tooth—they feel like they were made just for you. I still remember the first time I tried peanut butter lasagna at my friend Sarah’s house. After a rainy afternoon of baking cookies, she served this creamy, layered treat, and with the first bite—peanut butter, chocolate, and whipped topping melting together—I was wrapped in pure comfort and nostalgia.

Since then, it’s become my go‑to whenever I need a sweet escape. There’s a quiet magic in the way the layers come together: a buttery cookie base, silky peanut butter cream, decadent chocolate topping, and airy whipped cream to balance it all. It’s a hug in dessert form—easy to make, endlessly versatile, and always a crowd‑pleaser.
