1. Prep the Pan
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Line a rimmed baking sheet with foil, place a wire rack on top, and spray with cooking spray.
2. Make Egg Wash
- In a shallow bowl, whisk eggs, milk, ¼ tsp garlic salt, and pepper.

6. Bake
- Bake 30–35 minutes, until golden brown and cooked through (internal temp 145°F / 63°C).

8. Rest & Serve

Tips for Best Results
- Use a rack: Elevates chops for crispier crust.
- Don’t skip the butter: It helps the breading turn golden.
- Bone-in option: Works too—just increase bake time.
- Fresh herbs: Sprinkle parsley, thyme, or rosemary before serving.
Serving Ideas
- Mashed potatoes or creamy polenta
- Mac and cheese
- Roasted green beans or asparagus
- Caesar salad
- Garlic butter dinner rolls
Storage & Reheating
- Fridge: Up to 3 days in an airtight container.
- Reheat: Oven or air fryer keeps crust crispy. Microwave works but softens coating.
