| Cheddar cheese, shredded | 1 cup |
| Eggs | 4 large |
| Bisquick Baking Mix | 1 cup |
How to Make Sausage Muffins with Bisquick:

Step 3: Fill the Pan: Grease 12 cups of a standard muffin pan with non-stick spray or butter. Distribute the batter evenly, filling each cup about 3/4 of the way to the top.
Step 4: Bake: Place the pan in the oven and bake for 18/20 minutes, or until the muffins are golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.3
Step 5: Serve: Let them cool in the pan for a few minutes before removing. Serve warm and enjoy!
Tips for Success
-
Variety: Try using “Hot” breakfast sausage if you want a little extra kick, or a “Maple” flavor for a sweet and savory combo.
-
Storage: These freeze incredibly well! Just pop one in the microwave for about 30/45 seconds when you’re ready to eat.
