5-INGREDIENT WHITE CHOCOLATE BARK

📝 Ingredients

Ingredient Amount Notes
Chocolate bark 8 oz dark or milk
White chocolate bark 8 oz
Peanut butter 1/4 cup creamy
Hard candy pieces 1/4 cup M&Ms or similar
Pretzels 1/4 cup broken into small pieces

👩‍🍳 Instructions

Step 1: Prep the Pan

  • Line a rimmed (or unrimmed) baking pan with a silicone mat or parchment paper for a nonstick surface.

Step 2: Melt the Chocolate

  • Place chocolate bark in a microwave-safe bowl and melt according to package directions.
  • Stir until smooth, then spread lengthwise over half of the prepared pan.
  • Use a spatula to create lines or streaks in the chocolate.
  • Sprinkle hard candy pieces and pretzels on top.

Step 3: Melt White Chocolate & Add Peanut Butter

  • In a separate bowl, melt the white chocolate bark.
  • Stir until smooth, then mix in peanut butter while still warm.
  • The mixture should turn a creamy, pale color.
  • Spread this over the other half of the pan, shaping into a rectangle with a spatula.

Step 4: Swirl & Top

  • Swirl the center where the two chocolates meet, as much or as little as you like.
  • Add remaining candy pieces and pretzels, pressing them gently so they stick without sinking.

Step 5: Set & Serve

  • Refrigerate for 30 minutes or let sit at room temperature for 2–3 hours until firm.
  • Break into pieces and enjoy—or store for later.

✨ The magic of this bark is in the swirl: peanut butter, chocolate, and crunchy toppings all amplifying each other’s flavor. It looks like a fancy confection, but takes only 5 minutes to make!
