| Uncooked instant rice | 2 cups |
| Chunk chicken, drained | 2 cans (10 ounce) |
| Condensed cream of mushroom soup | 1 can (10.75 ounce) |
| Condensed cream of chicken soup | 1 can (10.75 ounce) |
| Butter | 1/4 cup |
| Milk | 1 cup |
| Frozen chopped broccoli | 1 package (16 ounce) |
| Small white onion, chopped | 1 |
| Processed cheese food | 1 pound |
How To Make Broccoli, Rice, Cheese, and Chicken Casserole:
Step 1: Preheat Oven: Preheat oven to 350F (175C).

Step 2: Prepare Rice: In a medium saucepan, bring the 2 cups water to a boil. Mix in the 2 cups instant rice, cover, and remove from heat. Let stand for 5 minutes.

Step 3: Assemble Casserole: In a 9×13 inch baking dish, mix the prepared rice, 2 cans chicken, 1 can cream of mushroom soup, 1 can cream of chicken soup, 1/4 cup butter, 1 cup milk, 1 package broccoli, 1 small chopped onion, and 1 pound processed cheese. Stir until well combined.
Step 4: Bake: Bake in the preheated oven for 30 to 35 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly. Stir halfway through cooking to help the cheese melt evenly.
