Celery, finely diced 1/2 cup
Red onion, minced 1/4 cup
Corn kernels, drained if canned 1/2 cup
Salt and black pepper To taste

How To Make Creamy Seafood Salad with Imitation Crab:

Step 1: Prepare Dressing: In a large mixing bowl, combine 1 cup mayonnaise, 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice, and 1 tsp Dijon mustard. Mix until smooth.

Step 2: Combine Crab: Break the 1 lb imitation crab into bite-sized chunks and fold gently into the mayo mixture.
