This popular salad is a fun, deconstructed taco featuring seasoned ground beef, crisp lettuce, tomatoes, and crushed Doritos chips, all coated in a tangy Catalina dressing.

Dorito Taco Salad
Ingredients:

| Olive oil | 1 tablespoon |
| Lean ground beef | 1 pound |
| Taco seasoning | 2 tablespoons |
| Medium iceberg lettuce, chopped | 1 |
| Large tomato, diced | 1 |
| Nacho cheese Doritos chips | 1-2 cups |
| Catalina dressing | 1 cup |
| Sour cream and guacamole | For garnish (optional) |
How To Make Dorito Taco Salad:
Step 1: Cook Beef: Heat the 1 tbsp olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat on the stove. Add the 1 lb ground beef and 2 tbsp taco seasoning to the skillet, and cook until completely browned. Drain and set the meat aside to cool.

Step 2: Chop Lettuce: Chop the 1 medium iceberg lettuce, and place it into a large bowl.

Step 3: Combine Salad: Add the 1 large diced tomato, the cooked beef, the 1-2 cups Doritos, and 1 cup Catalina dressing to the bowl with the lettuce, and toss well to combine.
Step 4: Serve: Serve immediately topped with sour cream and guacamole if desired.
