How To Make Twice Baked Potato Casserole:

Step 2: Prepare the Potatoes: Mash the 6 warm baked or boiled potatoes with a potato masher. Add the 1/2 cup butter, 4 ounces cream cheese, and 1/2 cup sour cream. Mash while slowly adding the 1/2 cup milk or cream until you achieve a creamy consistency.
