Cheesy Tater Tot Casserole
Ingredients:

| Frozen tater tots | 1 bag (32 oz) |
| Ground beef or ground turkey | 1 pound |
| Cream of mushroom or chicken soup | 1 can (10/1/2 oz) |
| Shredded cheddar cheese | 1 cup |
| Chopped broccoli | 2 cups |
| Salt and pepper | To taste |
How To Make Cheesy Tater Tot Casserole:
Step 1: Preheat Oven and Cook Meat: Preheat your oven to 375F (190C). In a large skillet, cook the 1 pound ground beef or turkey over medium heat until browned. Drain any excess fat.

Step 2: Prepare Filling: Stir in the 1 can cream of mushroom or cream of chicken soup, mixing well with the cooked meat. Add the 2 cups chopped broccoli to the meat mixture, stirring until evenly combined. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Step 3: Assemble Casserole Base: Transfer the meat and vegetable mixture to a 9×13 inch baking dish, spreading it out evenly.
Step 4: Top and Bake: Sprinkle the 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese evenly over the top of the meat and vegetable mixture. Arrange the 1 bag of frozen tater tots in a single layer on top of the cheese.
