Easy Ravioli Lasagna Bake

This quick and easy casserole delivers all the flavors of traditional lasagna using frozen ravioli layered with marinara sauce and plenty of cheese.

Easy Ravioli Lasagna Bake

Ingredients:

INGREDIENTS AMOUNT
Frozen cheese or beef-filled ravioli (approx. 24 pieces) 1 package
Your favorite marinara sauce (24 oz jar) 1 jar (24 oz)
Shredded mozzarella cheese 2 cups
Grated Parmesan cheese 1/2 cup
Dried basil (optional) 1/2 teaspoon
Dried oregano (optional) 1/2 teaspoon
Fresh basil leaves for garnish (optional) As desired

How To Make Easy Ravioli Lasagna Bake:

Step 1: Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 400F (200C).

Step 2: Prepare Baking Dish: Lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.

Step 3: Layer Marinara Sauce: Spread a thin layer of the marinara sauce on the bottom of the baking dish, just enough to cover it.

Step 4: Layer Frozen Ravioli: Create an even layer with half of the frozen cheese or beef-filled ravioli on top of the marinara sauce.

Step 5: Add Cheese and Sauce: Top the layer of ravioli with more marinara sauce (about one-third of the jar) and sprinkle with half of the shredded mozzarella cheese.

Step 6: Repeat Layers: Repeat the layering process with the remaining ravioli, marinara sauce, and shredded mozzarella cheese. Sprinkle the 1/2 cup of grated Parmesan cheese over the top layer.

Step 7: Optional Seasoning: If desired, sprinkle the 1/2 teaspoon dried basil and 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano evenly over the top layer of cheese.

Step 8: Cover and Bake: Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake for 45 minutes, or until the ravioli is cooked through and the cheese is melted and bubbly.

Step 9: Uncover and Brown: Remove the foil and bake for an additional 5-10 minutes to allow the cheese to brown slightly.

Step 10: Cool and Garnish: Once out of the oven, let the lasagna bake cool for a few minutes before serving. Garnish with fresh basil leaves if desired.
