How To Make Loaded Baked Potato & Chicken Casserole:

Step 1: Preheat the Oven: Preheat the oven to 500 degrees F (260 degrees C).

Step 2: Prepare the Sauce: In a large bowl, mix the 1/3 cup olive oil, 1 1/2 teaspoons salt, 1 tablespoon pepper, 1 tablespoon paprika, 2 tablespoons garlic powder, and 6 tablespoons hot sauce.

Step 3: Prepare and Bake Potatoes: Cut the 8 potatoes into cubes and add them to the bowl with the sauce, tossing until well coated. Leave the excess sauce in the bowl. Spray a 9×13 dish with cooking spray. Add the potatoes to the dish and cook for 45 minutes, stirring every 15 minutes.

Step 4: Prepare Chicken and Toppings: While the potatoes cook, cut the 1 kg chicken breast into cubes and add it to the bowl with the remaining sauce, mixing to marinate. In a separate bowl, mix the 2 cups grated cheese, 1 cup crumbled bacon, and 1 cup diced green onion.
