Ingredients:

Salt 1/2 teaspoon
Shredded mozzarella cheese 2 cups
Cream cheese 2 ounces
Large eggs 2
Grated Parmesan cheese 1/4 cup

How To Make Low-Carb Cheese Buns:

  1. Step 1: Preheat Oven and Prepare Baking Sheet: Preheat your oven to and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Step 2: Melt Cheese: In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the mozzarella and cream cheese. Microwave on high for 1 minute, stir, then heat for another 30 seconds until completely melted and smooth.
  3. Step 3: Mix Dry Ingredients: In a separate bowl, combine the almond flour, baking powder, and salt.
