Ingredients:

Canned Sweet Corn, drained 4 cups
Whole Milk 1 1/4 cups
Unsalted Butter, melted 1/4 cup
Eggs 3 large
All-Purpose Flour 2 tbsp
Granulated Sugar 1/2 cup
Black Pepper 1 tsp
Optional: Chopped Chives 1 tbsp

Instructions

  1. Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Combine Wet: In a large bowl, whisk together the melted butter, eggs, and milk until well combined.
