Peaches & Cream Spread

Ingredients:

Ingredient Quantity
Peeled and finely diced peaches 1 cup
Cream cheese 8 oz
Butter, room temperature ½ cup
Powdered sugar 2 tablespoons
Salt ½ teaspoon

Instructions:

  1. Cream Butter and Cream Cheese: In a large bowl, add the ½ cup of room-temperature butter and the 8 oz of cream cheese. Mix with an electric mixer for 2-3 minutes until the mixture is light and airy.
  2. Add Peaches and Sugar: Add the 1 cup of finely diced peaches and 2 tablespoons of powdered sugar to the butter and cream cheese mixture. Mix for about 1 minute until everything is well combined.
  3. Chill to Set: Transfer the spread to an airtight container and store it in the fridge. Allow it to set for 1-2 hours or overnight for the flavors to fully develop.
  4. Serve: Serve the chilled spread on toast, English muffins, pancakes, or whatever you enjoy.

Note: The spread will keep for 3-5 days in the fridge, but this will depend on the ripeness of the fruit used.
