🍽️ Step-by-Step Instructions

1. Make the Dough

  • In a large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, yeast, and salt.
  • In a separate bowl, mix mashed banana, milk, melted butter, egg, and vanilla.
  • Combine wet and dry ingredients to form a soft dough.
  • Knead on a floured surface for 5–7 minutes (or use a mixer with dough hook) until smooth and elastic.
