Bacon 1 package; cooked and crumbled
Sweet rolls 1 dozen; choose your favorite flavor
Lean ground beef 1 pound
Onion ½ cup, chopped
Cheddar cheese About 2 cups; shredded
Diced tomatoes (with garlic and onion) 1 can (14.5 oz); drained
Worcestershire sauce 1 tablespoon
Dijon mustard 1 tablespoon
Salt and pepper To taste

🔪 Instructions

1. Prep the Rolls
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Slice the rolls horizontally and place the bottom halves in a greased baking pan.

2. Start the Cheese Layer
Sprinkle a layer of shredded cheddar over the roll bottoms. Bake just until the cheese melts. Set the pan aside.

3. Cook the Beef
In a skillet over medium-high heat, crumble and cook ground beef with chopped onions until fully browned. Drain any excess fat.

4. Flavor the Filling
Stir in drained tomatoes, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.

5. Assemble the Sliders
Spoon the beef mixture evenly over the melted cheese. Sprinkle with remaining cheddar and cooked bacon. Place roll tops on.

6. Add the Glaze
In a small bowl, mix butter, brown sugar, Dijon mustard, and Worcestershire. Brush over the tops of the rolls and sprinkle with sesame seeds if desired.

7. Bake & Serve
Bake uncovered for 15–20 minutes until the tops are golden brown and crisp. Slice, serve, and get ready for cheers from every corner of the room!
