1. Prep the Rolls
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Slice the rolls horizontally and place the bottom halves in a greased baking pan.

2. Start the Cheese Layer
Sprinkle a layer of shredded cheddar over the roll bottoms. Bake just until the cheese melts. Set the pan aside.
3. Cook the Beef
In a skillet over medium-high heat, crumble and cook ground beef with chopped onions until fully browned. Drain any excess fat.
4. Flavor the Filling
