Ingredients:
Instructions:
- Combine All Ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, combine all of the ingredients: 8 oz imitation crabmeat flakes, 2 (8 oz) packages softened cream cheese, 3/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese, ½ cup finely diced white onion, 1 cup finely chopped celery, juice from 1 lemon, 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce, 2 teaspoons Cajun seasoning, 2 teaspoons garlic powder, 1 ½ teaspoons onion powder, 1 teaspoon dried parsley, 1 ½ teaspoons salt, and 1 teaspoon black pepper. Mix thoroughly until all ingredients are well combined and evenly distributed.
- Shape the Ball: Lay a large piece of plastic wrap on a plate. Scoop the entire cream cheese mixture into the center of the plastic wrap. Gather the edges of the plastic wrap around the mixture and twist gently to enclose it. Shape the mixture into a firm, round ball.
- Chill: Refrigerate the wrapped cream cheese ball for 1-2 hours (or longer) until it is firm enough to hold its shape.
- Serve: Unwrap the chilled crab cheese ball and place it on a serving plate. Serve with an assortment of crackers, pretzels, or fresh veggie sticks (like cucumber slices, carrot sticks, or bell pepper strips).
- Optional Garnish: For an extra touch and flavor, you can pour cocktail sauce over the top of the cheese ball just before serving.
