  • A pinch of garlic powder or red pepper flakes for extra flavor.
  • Other cheeses like pepper jack, mozzarella, or Swiss.
  • Sautéed vegetables like bell peppers, mushrooms, or spinach.

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
  2. Make the Filling: In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, green onions, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Stir until everything is well mixed and the filling is soft, creamy, and easy to scoop.
  3. Prep the Crescent Dough: Unroll the crescent dough and separate it into 8 individual triangles.
  4. Fill and Roll: Place a spoonful of the chicken mixture onto the wide end of each triangle. Carefully roll each crescent from the wide end to the narrow tip, ensuring the filling is sealed inside as best you can. It’s okay if a little peeks out!
  5. Brush and Bake: Place the rolls on the baking sheet. Brush the tops with melted butter for a beautiful golden, crispy finish. Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until they’re golden brown and puffed.
  6. Serve Warm: Let the rolls cool for a couple of minutes before serving. They pair wonderfully with ranch dressing, marinara sauce, or your favorite dipping sauce.
