Potato bread 2 slices
Milk 1/4 cup
Worcestershire sauce 2 tsp
Fresh sage 1 tsp
Salt 1/4 tsp

Pepper 1/8 tsp
Egg 1 large
Ketchup 1/3 cup

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Combine initial ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, combine the lean ground beef, minced garlic, and diced onion.
  3. Add bread and liquids: Tear the potato bread into small pieces and add them to the beef mixture. Pour in the milk and Worcestershire sauce.
  4. Season the mixture: Add the chopped fresh sage, salt, ground mustard, and pepper to the bowl.
  5. Incorporate the egg: Crack the large egg into the beef mixture.
  6. Mix well: Use your hands or a spoon to thoroughly mix all the ingredients together until they are well integrated. Be careful not to overmix, as this can make the meatloaf tough.
