Ingredients:

Ingredient Quantity
Ground Beef 2 pounds
Garlic, Minced 2 cloves
Onion Powder ½ teaspoon
Cooked Bacon, Cut into Pieces 1 pound
Eggs 8
Heavy Whipping Cream 1 cup
Salt ½ teaspoon
Ground Black Pepper ¼ teaspoon
Shredded Cheddar Cheese, Divided 1 (12-ounce) package

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook the ground beef: Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook and stir the ground beef with the minced garlic and onion powder until browned and crumbly, about 5 to 7 minutes. Drain and discard any excess grease.
  3. Assemble the base: Spread the cooked ground beef evenly onto the bottom of a 9×13-inch casserole pan. Stir the cooked bacon pieces into the ground beef.
  4. Prepare the egg mixture: In a medium bowl, whisk together the eggs, heavy whipping cream, salt, and ground black pepper until well combined. Stir in 8 ounces (half) of the shredded Cheddar cheese.
  5. Pour and top: Pour the egg mixture evenly over the beef and bacon in the casserole pan. Top with the remaining 4 ounces of shredded Cheddar cheese.
