Instructions:
- Preheat oven and prepare dish: Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×9-inch baking dish with baking spray.
- Cook the ground beef: In a saucepan, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Sauté the ground beef until it is cooked through, breaking it up with a spoon as it cooks.
- Combine ingredients in baking dish: In the prepared baking dish, combine the cooked ground beef, white rice, water, and beef consommé. Stir to combine.
