Heaven In A bowl

Ingredients:

Ingredient Quantity
Fudge brownie mix 1 package
Miniature Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups 2 packages
Cold milk (preferably 2%) 4 cups
Instant vanilla pudding mix 2 packages
Creamy peanut butter 1 cup
Vanilla extract 4 teaspoons
Thawed whipped topping 2 (8 oz) containers

Instructions:

  1. Prepare Brownies: Prepare the brownie batter according to the package directions. Pour the batter into a greased 9×12-inch baking pan.
  2. Bake Brownies: Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with moist crumbs.
  3. Cool and Cut Brownies: Place the baked brownies on a wire rack to cool completely. Once cooled, cut the brownies into 3/4-inch cubes. Halve the peanut butter cups and set aside for garnish.
  4. Prepare Pudding Mixture: In a large bowl, whisk the milk and instant vanilla pudding mix together for 2 minutes, until the mixture thickens.
  5. Add Peanut Butter and Vanilla: Stir in the peanut butter and vanilla extract, mixing thoroughly.
  6. Fold in Whipped Topping: Gently fold 1 1/2 cups of the thawed whipped topping into the pudding mixture.
  7. Layer the Dessert: In a 5-quart glass dish, layer one-third of the brownie cubes. Top with half of the halved peanut butter cups and one-third of the pudding mixture.
  8. Repeat Layers: Repeat the layering process two more times, using the remaining brownie cubes, peanut butter cups, and pudding mixture.
  9. Top with Remaining Whipped Topping: Spread the remaining whipped topping over the final layer.
  10. Garnish and Chill: Garnish the top with the reserved halved peanut butter cups. Refrigerate for a few minutes to chill before serving. Enjoy!
