Baking soda 1 teaspoon
Salt 1/2 teaspoon
Ground cinnamon 1/2 teaspoon
Granulated sugar 1/2 cup
Dark molasses 1/2 cup
Whole milk, room temperature 1 1/2 cups

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Oven and Pan: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Spray a 9×5 inch loaf pan with baking spray and set aside.

  7. Serve: Serve the Maine Molasses Quick Bread with softened salted butter or cream cheese. Enjoy!
