Cream-style corn 1 (14.75 oz) can
Jiffy corn muffin mix 1 (8 oz) package
Sour cream (regular or light) 1 cup
Salted butter (melted) 6 tablespoons
Shredded sharp cheddar cheese 1 to 1 1/2 cups

Instructions

  1. Preheat and Prepare:
    • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
    • Grease a 2-quart casserole dish.
  2. Combine Ingredients:
    • In a large bowl, combine the drained corn, cream-style corn, Jiffy corn muffin mix, sour cream, and melted butter.
