Instructions:
- Brown the Beef: In a large skillet over medium-high heat, brown the ground beef. Add the chopped onion and cook until the beef is fully cooked. Drain any excess grease.
- Season the Beef: Season the beef with salt, pepper, chili powder, cumin, dried cilantro, and cayenne pepper. Alternatively, use a taco seasoning packet. Stir in the minced garlic.
- Fry the Tortillas: In a separate skillet, heat a small amount of vegetable oil. Lightly fry the flour tortillas over medium heat on both sides until golden brown (approximately 1-2 minutes per side). Drain on paper towels to remove excess oil.
- Assemble the Pizzas:
- Spread a layer of refried beans on each fried tortilla.

- Add a layer of shredded cheese.
