Cheddar Cheese (shredded) 1 cup

Egg (beaten) 1

Instructions:

  1. Preheat Oven: Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Prepare Puff Pastry: On a lightly floured surface, roll out the puff pastry sheet to smooth any creases.
  3. Make Egg Mixture: In a bowl, whisk together scrambled eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
  4. Assemble Pinwheels:
    • Spread the egg mixture evenly over the puff pastry, leaving a small border around the edges.
    • Sprinkle with crumbled bacon and shredded cheddar cheese.
    • Roll the pastry tightly into a log, starting from one of the longer sides.
    • Slice the log into 1-inch thick pinwheels.
    • Place pinwheels on the prepared baking sheet.
  5. Brush with Egg Wash: Brush the tops of the pinwheels with beaten egg.
  6. Bake: Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the pastry is golden brown and puffed.
