Onion (chopped) 1
Chili Beans (with liquid) 1 (16 ounce) can
Kidney Beans (with liquid) 1 (15 ounce) can
Whole Kernel Corn (with liquid) 1 (15 ounce) can
Tomato Sauce 1 (8 ounce) can
Water 2 cups
Diced Tomatoes (peeled and diced) 2 (14.5 ounce) cans
Diced Green Chile Peppers 1 (4 ounce) can
Taco Seasoning Mix 1 (1.25 ounce) package

Instructions:

  1. Brown the Ground Beef: In a medium skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain off any excess grease.
  2. Combine Ingredients: In a slow cooker, combine the browned ground beef, chopped onion, chili beans, kidney beans, corn, tomato sauce, water, diced tomatoes, diced green chile peppers, and taco seasoning mix.
