Ingredients:

Taco Seasoning 1 packet
Ground Beef 1 pound
Salsa ½ cup
Cream Cheese, softened 8 ounces
Melted Butter 2 tbsp
Cheddar Cheese, shredded 1 cup
Tortillas (6 inch) 12

Instructions:

  1. Cook Beef: Crumble the ground beef into a skillet and cook thoroughly. Drain the grease from the skillet.
  2. Season Beef: Add the packet of Taco seasoning mix and cook according to package directions.
  3. Prepare Cream Cheese Mixture: In a medium bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Add the salsa and blend well.
  4. Assemble Tacos:
    • Hold a tortilla.
    • Place a spoonful of the cream cheese mixture in the center of the tortilla.
    • Top with a spoonful of the seasoned beef.
    • Sprinkle with shredded cheddar cheese.
    • Fold the tortilla as you would a burrito, enclosing the filling.
  5. Prepare for Baking: Lightly spray a baking tray with cooking spray. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
