Ingredients:

Ingredient Quantity
Cream Cheese, softened 2 (8 oz) packages
Taco Seasoning Mix 1 packet
Rotel Tomatoes and Green Chilies (mostly drained) 1 (10 oz) can
Burrito-Sized Tortillas 1 package
Fiesta Blend Cheese, shredded To taste

Instructions:

  1. Combine Filling: In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, taco seasoning mix, and drained Rotel. Mix well using an electric mixer until smooth and creamy.
  2. Assemble Rolls: Lay out one tortilla at a time. Spread a generous layer of the cream cheese mixture evenly over the tortilla.
  3. Add Cheese: Sprinkle with shredded Fiesta Blend cheese.
  4. Roll and Chill: Roll up the tortilla tightly. Repeat with remaining tortillas. For easier cutting, chill the rolled tortillas in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
  5. Slice and Serve: Slice each roll into bite-sized pieces. Serve chilled or at room temperature.
