Chocolate Peanut Butter Cream Pie

Ingredients:

Creamy peanut butter 1 cup
Powdered sugar 1 cup
Cream cheese (softened) 8 oz
Heavy whipping cream 1 cup
Semi-sweet chocolate chips 1 cup
Milk 1/2 cup
Vanilla extract 1 teaspoon
Chopped peanuts (optional, for garnish) 1/4 cup

Instructions:

  1. Make the peanut butter filling: In a large mixing bowl, beat together the peanut butter, powdered sugar, and softened cream cheese until smooth and creamy.
  2. Whip the cream: In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
  3. Combine filling: Gently fold the whipped cream into the peanut butter mixture until well combined.
  4. Spread filling: Spread the peanut butter filling evenly into the graham cracker crust.
  5. Make the chocolate ganache: In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the chocolate chips and milk. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until the chocolate is melted and smooth. Stir in the vanilla extract.
