Island Pecan Pie

Instructions:
- Preheat oven: Set your oven to 300°F (150°C).
- Combine wet ingredients: In a large bowl, whisk together the sugar, eggs, cornstarch, flour, and salt until smooth and well combined.
- Add butter and mix: Stir in the melted butter until fully incorporated.
- Fold in dry ingredients: Gently fold in the chopped pecans, drained pineapple, and shredded coconut.
