Chicken Bacon Ranch Potato Bake Recipe

Ingredients:

Ingredient Quantity
Baby gold potatoes 1.5 pounds
Boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch cubes 2 pounds
Salt and pepper To taste
Ranch dressing ½ cup
Mexican cheese blend 2 cups
Cooked and crumbled bacon 1 cup
Diced green onion ½ cup

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Prepare potatoes: Wash and cut potatoes into bite-sized pieces. Place in a bowl, season with salt and pepper, and toss with ¼ cup ranch dressing.
  3. Prepare chicken: Season chicken cubes with salt and pepper. Toss with remaining ¼ cup ranch dressing.
