This hearty Reuben Bake is a comforting and flavorful casserole that combines the classic flavors of a Reuben sandwich. Layers of savory corned beef, tangy sauerkraut, and creamy Thousand Island dressing are piled high on a bed of buttery rye bread and topped with melted Swiss cheese. Ingredients:

Rye bread, cut into cubes 6 slices
Corned beef, sliced or chopped 1 pound
Sauerkraut, drained well 2 cups
Shredded Swiss cheese 2 cups
Thousand Island dressing 1 cup
Dijon mustard (optional) 1 tablespoon
Butter, melted 1/4 cup

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven: Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
