Creamy Chicken Tetrazzini Bake

Parmesan cheese, grated | 1/2 cup |
Mozzarella cheese, shredded | 1/2 cup |
Cheddar cheese, shredded | 1 cup |
Onion, finely diced | 1 small |
Garlic, minced | 3 cloves |
Mushrooms, sliced | 1 cup |
Frozen peas | 1/2 cup |
Parsley, chopped | 1/4 cup |
Salt | to taste |

Breadcrumbs | 1/2 cup |
Butter, melted | 2 tbsp |
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large bowl, combine chicken, soups, sour cream, milk, cheeses, onion, garlic, mushrooms, and peas. Season with salt and pepper.
- Stir in cooked pasta until well combined.
- Pour mixture into prepared baking dish.
- Combine breadcrumbs and melted butter. Sprinkle over casserole.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until golden and bubbly.
