Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Apples:

    • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
    • Peel, core, and thinly slice the apples.
  2. Prepare the Pie Crust:

    • Combine flour, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.
    • In a separate bowl, whisk together butter, eggs, and milk.
    • Gradually add wet ingredients to dry ingredients, mixing until a dough forms.
  3. Assemble the Pie:

    • Roll out half the dough and place it in a pie dish.
    • Arrange apple slices on the crust, sprinkle with sugar.
    • Roll out the remaining dough, place it over the apples, and crimp the edges. Cut slits in the top crust.
  4. Bake the Pie:

    • Bake in the preheated oven for 45-50 minutes, or until golden brown and bubbly.
    • Let cool on a wire rack for 30 minutes before serving.
