These low-carb baked hot dog burnt ends are a delicious and satisfying appetizer or snack. Crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, these burnt ends are packed with flavor from the smoky BBQ sauce.

Ingredients:

All-beef hot dogs 8
Sugar-free BBQ sauce 1/4 cup
Olive oil 1 tablespoon
Smoked paprika 1 teaspoon
Garlic powder 1 teaspoon
Onion powder 1/2 teaspoon
Black pepper 1/4 teaspoon

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Slice hot dogs: Slice each hot dog into 4-5 inch pieces.
  3. Combine sauce: In a large bowl, combine the sugar-free BBQ sauce, olive oil, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper.
