Instructions:
- Place the beef, onions, and bell peppers in the slow cooker.
- In a bowl, mix together minced garlic, beef broth, beef bouillon cubes, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, honey, ground ginger, cornstarch, black pepper, and salt. Pour this mixture over the beef and veggies.
