Onion (finely chopped) 1 small
Salt and Pepper To taste
Low-Carb Tortillas 8
Shredded Lettuce 1 cup
Shredded Cheddar Cheese 1 cup
Dill Pickle Slices For garnish
Olive Oil 2 tablespoons
Mayonnaise 1/2 cup
Ketchup 2 tablespoons
Yellow Mustard 1 tablespoon
Finely Chopped Onion 1 tablespoon
White Vinegar 1 teaspoon
Garlic Powder 1 teaspoon
Onion Powder 1 teaspoon
Paprika 1 teaspoon

Instructions:

  1. Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Prepare Tortillas: Brush both sides of low-carb tortillas with olive oil and cut in half. Mold each half into a muffin tin to form cups and bake for 10-12 minutes, or until golden and crispy. Let cool in the tin.
  3. Cook Ground Beef: In a skillet, cook ground beef and chopped onion over medium heat until beef is browned and onion is soft. Season with salt and pepper. Drain excess fat.
  4. Make Big Mac Sauce: Mix mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, chopped onion, white vinegar, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika in a small bowl.
