These cheesy tortilla corn appetizers are a delicious and easy-to-make snack that’s perfect for parties or a quick weeknight treat. The combination of creamy cream cheese, spicy jalapeño pepperjack cheese, and sweet corn kernels creates a flavorful and satisfying bite.

Ingredients:

Ingredient Quantity
Tostitos Scoops tortilla chips 1 bag
Cream cheese, softened 1 cup
Shredded jalapeño pepperjack cheese 1 cup
Corn kernels 1 cup
Egg, beaten 1

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, shredded jalapeño pepperjack cheese, corn kernels, and the beaten egg. Mix well until thoroughly combined.
  3. Arrange the Tostitos Scoops tortilla chips on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. Spoon a small amount of the cheese and corn mixture into each tortilla chip, being careful not to overfill.
  5. Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly, and the chips are slightly golden.
  6. Remove from the oven and allow to cool for a few minutes. Serve warm and enjoy!
