Ingredients:

Ingredient Quantity
Butter, softened 2 sticks
Powdered sugar 1 1/2 cups
Vanilla extract 2 teaspoons
Salt Pinch
All-purpose flour 2 1/4 cups
Finely chopped pecans 1 cup

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine butter, 1/2 cup powdered sugar, vanilla extract, salt, and flour. Beat until a smooth dough forms.
  3. Fold in the chopped pecans.
  4. Wet your hands and roll the dough into 36 evenly sized balls.
  5. Place the dough balls on a parchment-lined baking sheet and bake for 12 minutes.
  6. Let the cookies cool completely.
  7. Place the remaining 1 cup powdered sugar in a shallow bowl.
  8. Roll the cooled cookies in the powdered sugar to coat.
