These baked chicken rissoles are a delicious and healthy alternative to fried rissoles. They are packed with flavor and protein, and they are easy to make.

Instructions:
- Preheat oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
 - Combine ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground chicken, breadcrumbs, onion, garlic, carrot, parsley, egg, salt, pepper, paprika, and oregano. Mix until well combined.
