Ground beef 1 pound
Yellow onion 1/4 cup, chopped
Garlic powder 1/2 teaspoon
Yellow mustard 1 teaspoon
Ketchup 3/4 cup
Kosher salt 1/2 teaspoon
Black pepper 1/4 teaspoon
Water 1/2 cup
Mozzarella cheese 1 cup, shredded
Sharp cheddar cheese 1 cup, shredded
Parsley Chopped, for garnish

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Prepare bread: Slice the loaf of bread lengthwise into two halves. Place both halves on the baking sheet, cut side up.
  3. Make garlic butter: Combine butter and garlic salt in a small bowl. Spread the mixture over the cut sides of the bread.
