Grated Parmesan cheese | 1/2 cup |
Pepperoni slices | 1/2 cup (or more) |
Black olives (sliced, optional) | 1/4 cup |
Green bell pepper (diced, optional) | 1/4 cup |
Italian seasoning | 1/2 teaspoon |
Garlic powder | 1/4 teaspoon |
Butter (melted) | 2 tablespoons |

Instructions:
- Preheat Oven: Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or aluminum foil.
- Prepare Bread: Slice the French or Italian loaf in half lengthwise. Brush cut sides with melted butter and sprinkle with garlic powder and Italian seasoning.
- Add Sauce and Cheese: Spread pizza sauce evenly over both halves of the bread. Sprinkle with mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
- Add Toppings: Arrange pepperoni slices on top of the cheese. Add other desired toppings.
- Bake: Place pizza bread in preheated oven and bake for 12-15 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly and edges of the bread are golden brown. For extra crispness, broil for an additional 1-2 minutes.
