  1. Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9×5-inch loaf pan.
  2. Mix the Dry Ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, granulated sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  3. Mix the Wet Ingredients: In a separate bowl, whisk together the milk, vegetable oil, egg, and vanilla extract.
  4. Combine the Wet and Dry Ingredients: Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, stirring until just combined.
  5. Prepare the Cinnamon Swirl: In a small bowl, mix the softened butter, brown sugar, and ground cinnamon.
  6. Assemble the Bread: Pour half of the batter into the prepared loaf pan. Drop spoonfuls of the cinnamon swirl mixture over the batter and swirl it through. Pour the remaining batter over the top and repeat the swirling process.
